Tacups are Served!

Charles Elmer Doolin opened Casa de Fritos in Frontierland at Disneyland in 1955. The menu was Tex-Mex fare, including tamales, enchiladas, and "Tacos in Tacups", the ancestor of the modern Taco Salad.
